We use simple breathing techniques, writing exercises and visual imagery to help connect to your own internal wisdom.
Our facility at the Taboada Hotel www.taboada.com.mx has thermal hot water pools, spa with message, gym, tennis and more. We also have engaging high climbing events and intense dynamic exercises that challenge the heart and mind.
