Founder and Head Learner
Over 20 years ago, after a successful career in design, construction and sales of custom adobe homes in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Ron “changed gears” and built his first challenge course in Mexico and started Santa Fe Learning. He is a founding partner together with Adalberto Palma Gomez of Terrela, Aprendizaje Vivencial and is the Director and Founder of Santa Fe Learning Centers, USA/Mexico. Ron is an honors graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and an Isais Helman scholarship recipient. Additional studies include graduate work in Organizational Development and he is a trained Parenting Instructor and Facilitator Trainer.
He has delivered innovative leadership and team building programs using experience-based action learning to hundreds of companies and organizations in Mexico and the USA. Testimonials

Mayte Calderon de La Barca
Facilitator and Marketing Consultant
Mayte is a talented graphic designer, marketing consultant and branding specialist that can close up the computer and put on a harness and facilitate a program when needed.
She graduated from the Instituto de Mercadotecnia y Publicidad en Mexico City and has over 20 years of experience as an account executive and creative consultant for numerous companies in the U.S. and Mexico.
Her collaboration with Imaginacion Edu-Show gives us the ability to plan and execute programs with very large groups. She brings her considerable talents to Santa Fe Learning Centers and helps us engage and inform our clients.
